Membership is free, there are no fee's or commissions. You are free to set your own price with the carrier and free to reject any work for any reason. Your business is yours and how you operate is totally up to you. There are times when ParkerPilot may set the price for our service and asks that you set a compatable price, however, you are under NO COMMITMENT to do so

ParkerPilot does not operate as a broker, dispatch agent or billing company. We do operate as an active pilot car service provider in the United States & Canada, and at times we require pilot car(s) to escort loads for our clients when we are not available in the area. We have, in the past, recommended providers to our clients without determining if they were properly certified, licensed and qualified to operate as an escort. We are determined to stop this practice and yet utilize the services of valid pilot car providers, thus, the Pilot Car Operators Guild.

The only requirement for membership is validation of insurance, drivers license, certifications and passport (if you wish to operate in Canada). ParkerPilot takes every precaution to protect any and all information presented for record, and all files are secured, with limited access by authorized personell only. We utilize on premises video recording, passive alarms and security personnel to protect our location and your information. You may blot out any information that you deem personal or "at risk", we only require the validity of your documents (dates of coverage, expiration dates, etc.)

As a member of the Pilot Car Operators Guild:

• Your company is listed in the pilot car directory for your State of operation, showing you as a member of the Pilot Car Operators Guild
• When our dispatch requires a vehicle in your area, you will be offered first choice
• When your on a run, simply call us with your information and the dispatch office will search for a return trip
• When you need a verified pilot car service, you can depend on the Guild

There are 2 ways to apply for membership:

• Fill out the On-Line Application Form and attach the requested documents
• Print the Application Form, fill it out, fax it along with verification of insurance, copy of your drivers license and copies of any State certification(s) to (918) 337-2102 or mail to:
